オンライン予約を頂いた際、以下のカウンセリングを事前に済ませておくことで、当日のカウンセリングは目視で簡単にできます。

Thank you for completing the pre-treatment questionnaire. First, we will visually inspect your hair and scalp. Next, we will reconfirm if there are any issues with the questions regarding your scalp and hair. We will also explain the ionized water, help you choose the appropriate aromatherapy, and describe the flow of the treatment.

通常の流れはこのまま施術に進みます。頭皮トラブル等がある人は、後日、メールで頭皮ケアのためのホームケアメニューを紹介いたしますか？という質問をする。
シャンプーとトリートメントの種類を選び、アロマの香りを選ぶ。- （妊婦さん、病気の人はアロマで気分が悪くなることもあるので確認のしかた） Be aware that some people, including pregnant women and those with medical conditions, may feel unwell due to the aroma. If you have any concerns, please let us know.

還元水は、水と塩を電気分解して作られる特殊な水で、様々な健康や美容効果が期待されています。還元水が頭皮や髪に良い理由は以下の通りです。

これらの理由から、還元水は頭皮や髪に良いとされています。ただし、個人差があるため、還元水がすべての人に同じ効果をもたらすわけではありません。使用感や効果については、実際に試してみることが一番の判断基準となります。
